What's covered?
All Bed Barn products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Mattresses:
- Up to 10 years warranty (depending on the model).
Bed Bases & Headboards:
- 10 years warranty.
Mattress Comfort Layers:
- Covered for indentation and compression issues beyond normal wear.
What isn't covered?
- Normal wear and tear.
- Comfort preference changes after the 1-Year Comfort Trial
- Stains, spills, or unsanitary conditions
- Improper base or slat support
- Incorrect storage or transport
- Commercial use (unless specified
How to make a claim
- Contact us (in-store, phone, or email).
- Provide your receipt and a description of the issue.
- We may request photos or do an in-person inspection.
- If the issue is covered, we’ll arrange repair or adjustment.
- Note: Transport costs may apply depending on your location.
What is the difference between The Bed Barn warranty and the 1-Year comfort trial?
Your 1-Year Comfort Trial is separate and covers feel; (too soft/too firm).
The warranty covers product faults or manufacturing issues.
