Incredible service. Knowledge is impressive. Was great to be able to test each type of bed and each level of comfort to be able to pick the right one. Had the best sleeps since purchase. Only downside is it is hard to get out of in the morning and go to work. Thanks heaps to Andrei and the team.

We bought a bed in August this year and we LOVE it For our sustainable and/money mindful buyers, we know how our mattress has been built, what is in it, and the ability to swap out interior mattress layers to change the softness/firmness if we need to. Top it off with a 10year warranty. This is probably a better deal than any other mattress retailer on paper, and probably the best product out there. The only issue we have now is that, because our mattress is so good, any other bed feels mediocre. Not an issue if you enjoy nice things (or the best quality sleep) imo 😆 #supportlocal

We were met warmly by Andrei, he was an excellent salesman. He was patient and encouraging of my family trialing EVERY bed in the showroom. He asked great questions and made excellent suggestions, while describing each of the beds features. It was reminiscent of old school customer service, we left smiling and stoked with our purchase! Wonderful staff and a great in store experience. The store has such a relaxing vibe, which makes it easy to properly test the beds and find the one that works best for you. They also offer an in-house repayment plan, really handy if you’re not keen on signing up for a credit card. I bought the Ultimate Queen mattress and have absolutely no regrets, it’s the best sleep I’ve ever had. Delivery was great, and the bed was ready much sooner than the two week lead time they originally gave me. Highly recommend!

We traveled from Tauranga to experience their show room and we were not disappointed. Service & communication was genuine & very helpful. We ordered a custom made mattress for our van. My grandparents had a great bed years ago I wish I could find again somewhere local. Andrei was friendly, efficient knowledgeable and amazing all round. What turned into one bed turned into a bed with drawers and another bed for my father. It turns out that great bed my grandparents had was from the Bed Barn years ago too! These beds are so comfortable, high quality, sturdy and worth every cent. Never shop anywhere else but the Bed Barn. Brought my first bed from these guys. All I can say is they will go above and beyond to help you out. Not like the other retailers that don’t really know much about their products. Also has warranty and comfort guarantees which others don’t have. There is bit of a wait time but they make it personally in-house for you specifically, so it makes up for it.

All of the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly - both in the shop and on delivery. On delivery, they set up the bed including putting the drawers together and took the old bed away for us. Our bed is lovely and comfortable. We definitely recommend Bed Barn.

Sink into supportive comfort! There is such a wide choice of beds, and it can be confusing. Go to Bed Barn, speak with Andrei, lie on all the beds, and feel the difference. We chose the Ultimate Soft, soft but supportive for old weary bones and backs. It has that hotel best bed ever feel/vibe. No lumps and roll together, just share bliss. Andrei stands by his product and after 2 months we 100% recommend, and at the same time you’re also supporting local. The reviews really speak for themselves.
